Situated within the village of Echt and conveniently placed for all local amenities such as the village shop and bus stop.  There is a limited bus service running past the scheme.

Important Information: 
Please be aware that the property may be currently occupied and you should not directly approach anyone who may be living in the property.  You need to make sure that you are tenancy ready and have considered how you will pay your rent (which is payable in advance), your moving costs & how you will furnish and floor any property you are offered.
