This 2 bedroom, 4 person 1st floor flat has an open plan kitchen/living room.  The bedrooms and bright hallway have additional built in storage.  The bathroom has shower over bath.  The flat is within a block of 20 flats which benefit from communal parking and bike stores on site.   There is a lift on site.  

Rent is payable from the start of a tenancy and must be paid when signing for the tenancy. You will then be required to set-up a regular payment arrangement, i.e. Direct Debit. If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit and cannot pay the full amount straight away, we can consider setting up an agreement but this must be discussed in advance.
