Property Description

The flat sits within an Independent Living scheme for older people just off Anderson Drive. A 10-15 minute walk to Bridge of Dee and Asda, Sainsbury's,B&Q etc. there is a good bus service on Broomhill Road which is about a 5 minute walk. 

Important Information:

Please be aware that the property may be currently occupied and you should not directly approach anyone who may be living in the property.  You need to make sure that you are tenancy ready and have considered how you will pay your rent (which is payable in advance), your moving costs & how you will furnish and floor any property you are offered.
