A team of Support Workers employed by Aberdeenshire Council is on duty 24 hours each day to provide appropriate support to tenants. The support and care charge is levied at £775.89 per week there is also a compulsory meals charge of £35.00 per person per week. The property consists of a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and wet floor shower room. If more than one flat advertised they may be on different levels. There is lift access to all floors.  Central heating is provided by a gas fired central boiler.  

Rent and service charge is paid to the Housing Association (landlord). Part of the service charge is for heating; £34.86 (not eligible for benefits/ listed in service charge). Choosing an electric supplier is the tenants responsibility. 

The scheme is linked to a large Resources centre built and operated by Aberdeenshire Council.  There is also a residents' lounge and kitchen, laundry and two guest bedrooms where tenants' relatives or friends can stay for a small charge. 

Dalvenie Gardens is situated in the town of Banchory.  Banchory is a town located in 'Royal Deeside' approximately 18 miles from Aberdeen City.
