The Association goes beyond being a traditional landlord, tenancy sustainment is important to us and we offer a wide range of in-house services to ensure tenants get the most out of living in their homes:
ASSIST (Housing Support Project)
ASSIST is an independent, impartial and confidential housing support service for tenants of Grampian Housing Association and Sanctuary Scotland.
Since 2005 ASSIST has worked with tenants across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray to deal with any issues that may be causing concern and making it difficult to manage and keep their tenancy. This could include health issues, family problems or social isolation.
ASSIST places the tenant at the centre of what they deliver.
