It’s been six months now since the first properties were advertised on These Homes in April 2021, and we thought that was a good time for an update on how things are going.
From launch up until the end of November:
- 12,163 households registered for housing
- 17,727 Priority Pass applications were assessed (with 13,945 awarded)
- 1,572 available homes were advertised
- 715 applicants who applied for available properties have now received the keys to their new homes
The transition to the new system has gone far more smoothly than we expected. While there are always opportunities to improve any service, we’re very pleased with how things have gone. We are pleased to report that our applicants have given an average satisfaction score of 8.2/10.
