The percentage of applicants registering within 30 minutes has decreased to 73% from 77% in the second quarter. The proportion of applicants who had difficulty registering remains consistently low at 4%.
Was there anything you found particularly difficult?

I had to call up to ask to be registered before I could re register. |

I had to get help as my internet an so phone was not working also I’m not very good at going things like this. |
Providing details, my medical wasn’t accepted cause i have no proof i literally have an appointment start of march so it s a bit frustrating to not get the right kind of badge because i do all my appointments mostly over the phone. |
There is NO rhyme or reason to the search function. One day there will be 32 in the list. Next day they will be Zero in the list. Next day they will be 22. Now yes this could happen if they were all different house listings on day 3. But they are the same lists from day one. I work in IT and know quite a bit about this sort of thing. Your database needs looked at and your website connection to the database needs looked at. Its awful. |

MIt would have been good to have a call with someone after registering to make sure I'd filled in my form correctly. The question about disability only allowed one option to be chosen and I'm not sure I picked the best one. |
Maybe you guys to start collecting medical info with consent. |
Time limit waiting for it to be changed. |
Found it a bit confusing uploading a couple of things, had to phone up to get them to add a bit so I could upload a second document , but not a great issue. |
