The percentage of applicants registering within 30 minutes has increased to 69% from 64% in the previous quarter. The proportion of applicants who had difficulty registering remains consistently low at 10%.
Was there anything you found particularly difficult?

Can you think of any improvements that would have made the process easier?
Suggestions for improvements:
| Be able to fill in forms from your phone the format doesn't work very well on a mobile phone. |
| It may be a benefit for a section for genuine reasons for picking primary locations, a non mandatory section. Just a suggestion. |

| Giving more of an option about stairs within a house. I can climb stairs in a main door house, but not stairs going up and down to hang washing out so main door would also be suitable. |
