This report contains feedback data from applicants who registered between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026.

Results

Number of surveys completed: 88

The number of completed surveys has decreased in the third quarter from 91 in the first quarter.

How easy did you find it to register?

The percentage of applicants registering within 30 minutes has decreased to 62% from 64% in the second quarter. The proportion of applicants who had difficulty registering remains consistently low at 11%.

Was there anything you found particularly difficult?

Reasons for finding These Homes difficult to use:

In have been trying to change the applicants on my application.
It doesn’t seem to work just some of the wording for area stuff and detail on my situation, did get to understand it eventually but it took time and talking to support
Uploading documents Ive had ms years n struggle with most things that need to be done online
Uploading documents, you have to email each individual email for this and it is timely.
To re register, was confusing I found it very difficult as an older person all this technology is very stressful I had to get a friend to help me phone registration
The main difficulty for me is that I am disabled. I probably should have tried to do the process by phone Informing these home of my disabilty and my housing needs.
Some have me down as gold and some silver plus, my housing options are limited, ie no stairs ground floor.

Can you think of any improvements that would have made the process easier?

Suggestions for improvements:

Changing information maybe hint icon that give a bit description just to make sure content is understandable to all
I couldn't find any boxes to upload my medical history to support my registration so I had to e mail them or try to and I couldn't get them sent as there seemed to be a problem with 'links' to other e mail addresses but eventually contacted the Housing Association and sent copies via post which, in turn, meant that my Application was re-assessed and I was awarded a Silver Pass.
